Come find out more about TM! Transcendental meditation is a simple, natural technique. This form of meditation allows your body to settle into a state of profound rest and relaxation and your mind to achieve a state of inner peace, without needing to use concentration or effort.
Note - during this class, there will be no meditation and instead it's an introduction to the practice of TM. If you would like to join a class for meditation specifically, please sign up for our Grounding and Meditation Class (although it doesn't use the TM method)
