Enhance your day with the practice of pranayama (yogic breathing) and aromatherapy. In this monthly class you will get a basic introduction to the benefits and practices of pranayama and aromatherapy as well as the anatomy of how each works within our bodies. Each month will have a unique theme based on the seasonal vibrations and the moon cycle. Based on the month’s theme we will practice several pranayama’s followed by creating a personal aromatherapy product for you to take home.
