Come learn the craft of chai tea. Not only is it delicious, but it also is healthy for you! Now you have a great excuse to indulge in a cup on that chilly Fall day. We will be exploring the benefits of the different herbs and spices that make up chai tea, and how they act physiologically in your body to boost your health. We will also craft our own chai tea blend for you to take home with you after the class. We will of course have almond or coconut milk chai tea to drink and chocolate during the class.
