Join us to invite sacred movement into our bodies allowing an expression of the divinity within us all. This class is one hour of discovery, expression and honoring ourselves and our connection through movement.

Join us for a day to (re)connect to your own sacred self through meditation, journaling and creating in circle. We will set intention to invite balance into our lives (especially with the upcoming busy holiday season) with grace and beauty. An opportunity to gather in circle every month for meaningful discussion regarding a favorite book on Celtic- Irish Spirituality! We will have a new book every month and you can pick a copy up at the shop. In October we will discuss Red Haired Girl from the Bog by Patricia Monaghan. Please have the book read prior to the book club meeting!

We will weave wool and weave stories, surrounded by our ancestors on this eve of the Celtic New Year! Please join us and learn how to spin wool using the ancient drop spindle (which is yours to take home). Just like our grandmother’s grandmother, we will sit in circle, spin, reflect, meditate, tell stories and share laughter. We will be joined by Donna Salzmann and she will be bringing lovely wool from her locally grown sheep!

Join us on a journey of inner discovery as we walk the spiral path of Celtic Spirituality and awaken our wonder at the subtle, magical and healing power of the herbs. Through meditation, study and creative endeavor, you will be empowered to live closer to Nature, the Elements and your own Truth.

Course dates: Every Thursday from 6:30-9 PM from Feb 7- June 3 and the First Saturday of each month (Feb- May) from 10- 4 PM.

$675 includes all materials. A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due upon registration.
